Return or Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges for damaged products only. If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order to be eligible for a return or exchange.

 

2. Condition of Returned Products

Returned products must meet the following conditions:

  • Must be unused.
  • Must be in their original packaging.
  • Must be in the same condition as received.

 

3. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer support team via email or phone with your order details and a description of the damage.
  2. If you have an opening parcel video showing the product's condition upon delivery, please provide it. This will expedite the process.
  3. Customers are required to deliver the product to us at their own cost for a replacement or refund.

 

4. Refund Policy

  • If you provide an opening parcel video clearly demonstrating the damage, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method after receiving the returned item.
  • If an opening parcel video is not available, the customer must deliver the damaged product to us at their own expense. After inspecting the item:
    • A refund will be issued, or
    • A replacement product will be delivered based on your preference.

 

5. Replacement Process

If you choose a replacement product:

  • The replacement item will be carefully packed with bubble wrap and placed in a plastic bag to prevent any further damage during transit.
  • Replacement orders will be processed promptly, and delivery times will be communicated to you.

 

6. Shipping Costs

  • Customers must bear the shipping cost to deliver the damaged product to us for a refund or replacement.
  • Fataafat.pk will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement product to the customer.

 

7. Exclusions

The following are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Products that have been used or altered.
  • Products damaged due to mishandling by the customer.
